Dem Cookies FAQs

• All orders are made fresh from scratch within in 24 hours of shipping and shipped directly from our kitchen. To ensure peak freshness, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday.

• Dem Cookies does not use nuts in any of our cookies.

• Dem Cookies are sent via USPS Priority Mail and tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

• Dem Cookies are individually wrapped to preserve freshness. To extend freshness, store your cookies in an airtight container.

• Dem Cookies can be enjoyed for up to 2 weeks…if they last that long!

• For a fresh from the oven taste, heat Dem Cookies in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

• Because Dem Cookies are baked to order, there are no returns or exchanges. Should you have an issue or concern with your order, please send an email to lauren@dafoodwhisperer.com and include your order number in the email subject. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
